The cottage has 1 double bedroom and a shower room, making it suitable for 2 people. Also in the cottage is an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, a dedicated dining area area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars and lawned garden. With its neighbouring cottage, the annexe can sleep a total of 8 people and is perfectly located for discovering this fascinating part of the country. Amenities: full underfloor central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, cloths washer, colour television, dvd, books, games, dvds. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for two cars. Lawned garden to side and rear. 1 dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mis. Town: the town of jedburgh lies just 10 mis inside the scottish border, half way between newcastle upon tyne and edinburgh.
