The cottage has 2 double bedrooms (one with an ensuite), 1 twin room and a family bathroom, making it suitable for 6 people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen, a sitting area and a conservatory with a dining room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars and lawned garden with outdoor furniture. With its neighbouring cottage, the bungalow can sleep a total of 8 people and is perfectly located for discovering this fascinating part of the country. Amenities: full oil central heating, additional heating from gas fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer / dryer, dishwasher, colour television with freesat, dvd, books, games, dvds. All fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for two cars. Lawned rear garden with decked area and garden furniture. 2 dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub five miles. Region: from the lush green farmlands of the borders to the ruggedness of the highlands, the scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam. Town: the town of jedburgh lies just 10mis inside the scottish border, half way between newcastle upon tyne and edinburgh. Jedburgh has shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy, as well as historic attractions.
