The room is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas, side tables and lamps and a cheering red rug, the dining area has a dining table which seats up to 4 people. The owners have provided a 30 channel digital television/dvd/video and a hi-fi system with digital radio, wireless internet is also available for the use of guests. There is a good selection of books, dvds and cds for your enjoyment. The galley kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, kitchen microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and cloths washer/tumble drier as well as the usual array of cookware, china, glass and cutlery for those wishing to prepare a meal at home. The master bedroom overlooks a ct. Yard to the rear of the building and offers lovely views up to calton hill. It has been furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a hairdryer and radio alarm have been provided for the use of visitors. The 2nd bedroom is situated at the front of the property and overlooks the royal mile. It is furnished with 2 fullsize zip and link single beds which can be made into a super king sized bed on request. A hairdryer and radio alarm have also been provided. A small tiled bathroom completes the accommodation, it has a bath with electric shower over, a wash hand basin and a toilet.
please note that easter, bank holidays and rugby weekends will be charged at high season rates with a three night min booking period. In order to confirm a booking we require a 25% deposit and the balance of rental will fall due six weeks before your stay.
