The dairy is a inviting cottage converted from a wing of the owners' farmhouse and is wonderfully set in over 3 acres of appealing gardens and meadows. The cottage is only a few minutes walk from the delightful village of berrynarbor. The original farm buildings have been restored into 5 self catering cottages, 1 of which is the dairy. The cottage and grounds are suitable for all ages. The dairy has two beds, bathroom, fitted kitchen and dedicated dining area area. This delightful cottage has original beams and a private patio area - perfect for a relaxing evening after a busy day exploring.
From woodland walks, a games room with table tennis and darts and children's outdoor games, this makes the dairy and the surrounding grounds ideal for families. Within close proximity to the dairy, are the delightful coastal towns of llfracombe, combe martin and barnstaple. This makes the diary, an ideal base. Amenities: full central gas heat, additional heating from electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), shared freezer, shared cloths washer & tumble dryer (at a small charge), dishwasher, colour television, video disc player, shared games room with table tennis & darts. All fuel & power inc. In rent. Bed linen & towels inc. In rent. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for two cars. Bike storage. The village is surrounded by woodlands and farms. The narrow streets are beautifully lined with cottages, gardens and floral displays. This part of devon is also designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, perfect for walkers and birdwatchers, due to the coastal cliffs and rugged landscape. The north devon coastal path is also an essential part of your holiday if you enjoy walking. The coastal towns and villages of illfracombe, combe martin, barnstaple and woolacombe are only a easy drive away. This area of north devon is in a beautiful part of the country and a region that the whole family will enjoy all year round.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off season breaks (osb) are available at many properties in parts of the "low" and "mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a three night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods. The price for a three night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Lmbs can be booked within 1 week of the start date of the holiday.
