It is only metres from the main shopping and restaurant areas and very close to all transport. All attractions and theatres etc are all within easy walkable distance. This truly is in the heart of the city yet the location in a quiet street can be decpetively quiet. The building has only five apartments and was once the home of the stirlings library. It has been sypathetically transormed (2008) into luxury apartments with tradional original features. We offer you a spacious 1 bedroomed apartment (which can sleep 4) with all the luxury of a home from home. The self catering option means you can plan your day as you want without the constraints of hotel meal times etc. It is also more inexpensive than city centre hotels and we welcome breaks from two nights upwards. The accommodation consists of a lounge with comfortable leather sofa and chair. A bang & olufsen flatscreen tv with video and dvd as well as an ipod dock ensure thar any evenings in are well catered for. The bedroom has fitted furniture and a comfortable double bed. There is a state of the art completely equipped kitchen and the bathroom is akin to a hotel bathrom with fullsize bath and shower over. Electric central heating mean the temperature wuill be just perfect whatever time if year you visit. The wood flooring and attention to decor complement such original features as vaulted ceilings and window shutters. State of the art communication needs is catered for with free internet access.
