The lodge is a detached property in the grounds of the owner’s home near the village of orleton in shropshire, just 6mis from ludlow. The cottage is all on the first level and can sleep 3 people in 1 double bedroom with an ensuite and 1 single room as well as a family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars and a front garden with a patio, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Close to the historic towns of leominster and ludlow, the lodge is a superb property for a romantic break in beautiful shropshire. Amenities: full oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), washer dryer, dishwasher, television with freeview, dvd, wifi. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for two cars. Bike storage. Lawned garden to front with patio, furniture and bbq. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and post office fifteen mins walk. Note: this property is suitable for adults and teenagers of fourteen and over only. Region: a e houseman once wrote that shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as 1 of the least crowded and most quiet regions in england. Town: the village of orleton is situated between the towns of leominster and ludlow. The village boasts a shop, post office and a 16th century pub. Close by are many nt properties as well as croft castle, berrington hall and the acton scott historic farm (as seen on television).
