The house enjoys glorious waterside views from nearly all rooms. There are three ensuite bedrooms ( with a 4th currently being converted) and a family bathroom. All bedrooms have flatscreen television and dvd.there is also a a newly rebuilt conservatory and dedicated dining area area, and large completely equipped kitchen. Grounds include barbeque terrace, patio with picnic table, large lawn and two man canoe. There are excellent scenic walks that can be joined from the grounds. No vehicular access keeps sawmills a unique and magical hideaway. Cars can be parked in the nearby village of golant, ( a fifteen minute walk away). Boat transfer is included in rental and smaller boats can be hired and delivered if required. The pictureaque town of fowey is just a ten minute boatride away or a quick drive from golant.
The sawmills is the home of the famous recording studio, holiday lets are booked between recording sessions so shorter stays and late availability are always possible.
