The house is able to sleep up to 8 people in four beds and comes with a luxurious hot bath-tub with bespoke chinese pagoda over, wooden cabin-style changing room with 2 person infra-red sauna and cold water shower, thatched summer house and children's playground to ensure that even if you spend a day at home, you won't be bored. Amenities: oil fired central heating (underfloor on first floor, radiators elsewhere), woodburner. Aga (not for cooking, heating only), electric cooker with double oven, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, dishwasher, colour television (sky), video, dvd, radio/cd. Fuel, power & starter pack of fuel for woodburner inc. In rent. Bed linen & towels inc. In rent. Welcome pack. Travel cot & highchair on request. Ample off-road parking. Landscaped garden with summer house, children’s play area, enclosed patio, bbq, furniture. Six person hot bath-tub with bespoke chinese pagoda over, with wooden cabin-style changing room with 2 person infrared sauna and cold water shower. Sorry no pets or smoking. Shops, pubs & harbour ten mins. Note: balcony area on first floor. Stairgate to prevent unsupervised access. Parents advised to keep young children on ground level. Note: four children max. Note: conservatory is unheated (except for christmas and new year weeks). Note: owner collects a refundable £100 good housekeeping bond. Region: cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, cornwall has long cemented its place as 1 of britain’s premier holiday destinations. Town: with winding cobbled streets and a harbour full of boats, the village of mevagissey is the epitome of a small, cornish fishing town. This quaint little settlement boasts sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves in addition to a variety of stunning walks which lead along the coast in both directions. The town is also home to an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants whilst the nearby lost gardens of heligan offer an excellent day out. Between easter and september, visitors can enjoy a ferry ride between mevagissey and fowey, or spend some time at the tall ships harbour at charlestown. With a shipwreck museum and the tropical biomes of the world famous eden project within easy driving distance, this beautiful area has something for everyone.
