The cottage sleeps four people in 1 double bedroom with a folding bed and a sofa bed as well as a shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, a dedicated dining area area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a patio with furniture. Located on a working livery and overlooking a golf course, the stable yard is a superb cottage for a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings. Amenities: central gas heat. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, television, dvd, selection of books, games and dvds. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for two cars. Lockable bike storage. Patio with furniture. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub four miles. Note: this is a working farm yard, care must be taken at all times. Region: the ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the peak district offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon 6 counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales. Town: holmesfield is a village between bakewell and sheffield on the edge of the peak district national park. The area boasts 8 pubs and a number of restaurants, and is ideal for exploring this interesting area.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off season breaks (osb) are available at many properties in parts of the "low" and "mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a three night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted winter short break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Osbs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "last minute breaks" (lmb) are available at most properties throughout the "low", "mid", "high", "peak", "xmas" and "new year" periods.
