Outside the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a patio with outdoor furniture. Perfect for discovering the surrounding warwickshire countryside, the studio will provide excellent accommodation all year round. Amenities: central gas heat throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cloths washer, television with freeview, dvd, stereo/cd player, small library of books, games and dvds. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Patio with furniture. Off road parking for one car. Cycle storage available. 1 well behaved dog allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mis. Pub one minimum walk.
