Torla is a detached, upside down cottage situated in an elevated position overlooking matlock bath, on the edge of the peak district national park. This cottage sleeps ten people and has 4 first level bedrooms consisting of 2 doubles with en-suites, another double and a family room with a double and 2 single beds, as well as a ground level bathroom with corner bath and sauna. The cottage also has a 1st floor basin and wc, a 1st floor kitchen with dedicated dining area room, 1st floor utility and a 1st floor sitting area. Outside there are 2 balconies, a decked area with furniture and a lower garden area with childrens' play equipment. Toria is an ideal holiday home for a family who wish to explore the delights of the peak district. Amenities: full central gas heat. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cloths washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, television with freeview, dvd. Fuel and power inc. In rent. Bed linen and towels inc. In rent. Off road parking for three cars. Balcony with furniture, decked area with furniture, lower lawned area with childrens’ play equipment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs five mins walk (longer on the way back due to steep location). Note: this cottage has steep access, as is situated on a steep hill. Region: the ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the peak district offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon 6 counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales. Town: matlock bath is situated in a wooded gorge and offers pubs, shops and cromford mill. There are many attractions and places of interest close by including bakewell, chatsworth house and haddon hall.
