The urbanisation is gated with electric gates there is 3 swining pools that are nice and peacefull and excellent to cool off in the hotter months.For those who enjoy the beach its just a short walk away to the blue flag beaches.Just round the corner(5 mins walk) is the strip which is busy with bars,restaurants and shops if this isnt enough the busy town of Torrevieja is a 10 minutes drive away or taxi ride (8 euro). This house is also a must for golf enthusiast as there are a choice of 3 international (par 72) golf courses 10 minutes drive away. This area is ideally suited to families looking for a well desered familiy break by the sea and in the sun. Or for couples looking for a nice relaxing get away. With a choice of two airports Alicante (40 mins drive) and Murcia (20 mins drive) You will be able to find a host of charter and low cost airlines from a local airport near you.
